In 2019, driven by the constant requests from our non-profit partners to learn about, and find transparency in pay scales and benefits, the idea of creating a salary survey for the non-profit sector was born.
 
Fast forward to 2022, we embarked on the creation of the Hong Kong Not-for-Profit Salary Survey and invited Asian Charity Services to partner with us. Since then we have delivered the report each year, supporting small to mid-sized, and mainly non government subvented section 88 charities in the market.
 
Through this survey report, we aim to empower non-profit organisations with data-driven insights to attract, retain, and develop talent, increase transparency by providing reliable salary and benefits benchmarks, and identify key trends to align with market standards and improve employee engagement,  ultimately fostering a more sustainable ecosystem in Hong Kong's social sector.
